Verdasio, Centovalli, Ticino, 2023. Restauration of a rustic structure:
The property, situated in the town centre of Verdasio consists of a small rustic house once dedicated to the recovery of animals.
The objective of the clients, owners and the neighbours was to re utilise the small construction which “dépendance” of the main building.
Therefore the intervention of the rustic house in Verdasio concentrated on changing its destination, maintaining however, the external features and completely revamping the inside, with the setup of two zones, a night area on the ground floor and a day area on the first floor.
