Located on the shores of Lake Maggiore, the site enjoys a remarkable view.
The building runs parallel to the slope, in which it is embedded, and has all its facades facing the lake. In front of the façade, the house expands outside with a large terrace. A patio with trees divides the living area from the sleeping area, articulating the structure and the outdoor spaces of the house.
