Mogheno, Maggia, Ticino, 2015, restoration of a wash-house:
The building is accessory and located in the village of Moghegno, a hamlet of Maggia. The roof was in need of repair after some wind damage, and the opportunity was taken to upgrade the entire building.
The concrete brick walls were partially demolished and replaced with wooden framed walls, which also close off the originally open part of the building. The wooden and sheet metal roof was replaced with one made of wood and Rehinzink sheets and raised to increase the distance from the fountain.
